Hey there, coffee lovers! I’m Joelle—your go-to caffeine barista with a serious passion for a good brew. My coffee journey started at 16 when I rocked the green apron at Starbucks. I went on to work at six different locations between the Rocky Mountains of Colorado and the sandy shores of Hawaii, slinging lattes like a pro for almost seven years before taking a well-deserved break.

 

Fast forward 16 years later, and guess what? Coffee still has my heart! After moving to Washington for my husband Brandon’s Navy career, I was blown away by the coffee scene—stands on every corner, some serving up killer espresso, others serving up sass in bikinis. It didn’t take long before we knew we had to jump back in and bring our own fun twist to the coffee game.

 

After moving to Texas in 2020, we realized just how much we missed that next-level coffee culture. So here we are in 2025, finally making it happen—serving up bold flavors, good vibes, and a little extra spice. Because life’s too short for boring coffee! ☕💋
